The Fair

So our County Fair was this past weekend! We enjoy l-o-n-g days and very l-a-t-e nights getting ready for and during the fair's four days.  Hy C (my horse) was amazing! I am so blessed to have her, and enjoy her lots! :)   On Friday we ran in ten gaming events,  such as barrels and pole bending.  We ran ten clean runs and at the end of the day, had seven blues, two reds and one white ribbon.  We even won the Grand Champion belt buckle!!!!!!  :)

She is looking forward to being in the horse project next year.

What we've been doing:)

Hello everyone! Wow I haven't posted anything in a whole THREE weeks!!!   Our family has been very busy this summer, enjoying God's creation, visiting with family and friends, horse shows, 4-H clinics, gardening and much, much more!  We have all been very busy also, helping Dad with his " weekly specials" and catering events. Praise the Lord! :)  I  got my license a few weeks ago. (scary) Mom says it's very helpful!! We also got some chickens...    Enjoy!

Dad, Derek and Isaac had the opportunity to join some of the guys from church on a kayaking trip!

They all had a blast! Derek made the 30 mile trek in a day! 

Praying for safety. Praise the Lord, everyone came home just fine!

On Memorial Day we had a family campfire! We played lots of outside games, even Dad played!

If you couldn't tell by Jedidiah's face, we also had lots of S'mores!:)
